* Local Connection means that the program: a) was created by a resident of Clark County, b) features people from Clark County, c) was shot in and around Clark County, or d) addresses issues in Clark County.

Local Producers

Content from Local Producers is our top programming priority. We look forward to receiving your submission and making it available in 80,000 households via FVTV Channel 11.

You'll need to do three simple things to get your program on Channel 11.
    1. Be a current member of FVTV at the Producer level ($30 per quarter). Membership Form.
    2. Fill out a Cablecast request form or submit your program online.
    3. Submit the program on VHS, DVD, MiniDV or DVCAM to FVTV.

Local Content Sponsors

Programming with a Local Connection to Clark County but not created by the person submitting the program is our second programming priority. This allows you to submit programs that you care about but were created by someone else. As the person sponsoring the program you are responsible for making sure that you have the required permissions from the person or company creating the program to cablecast it on FVTV Channel 11. We look forward to receiving your submission and making it available in 80,000 households via FVTV Channel 11.


You'll need to do four things to get your sponsored program on Channel 11.
    1. Be a current member of FVTV at the Producer or Local Sponsor level (both $30 per quarter).
Membership Form.
    2. Obtain permission to cablecast the program from the original owner / creator.
    3. Fill out a Cablecast request form or submit your program online.
    4. Submit the program on VHS, DVD, MiniDV or DVCAM to FVTV.

Non-Local Content Sponsors

Programming originating outside Clark County and with no Local Connection is our third programming priority. This allows you to submit programs that you care about but were created by someone else in another region. Examples include programs from friends and family that live in another state, programs addressing state or national issues, and programs from outside the US. As the person sponsoring the program you are responsible for making sure that you have the required permissions from the person or organization creating the program to cablecast it on FVTV Channel 11. We look forward to receiving your submission and making it available in 80,000 households via FVTV Channel 11.


You'll need to do four things to get your sponsored program on Channel 11.
    1. Be a current member of FVTV at the Non-Local Sponsor level ($60 per quarter).
Membership Form.
    2. Obtain permission to cablecast the program from the original owner / creator.
    3. Fill out a Cablecast request form or submit your program online.
    4. Submit the program on VHS, DVD, MiniDV or DVCAM to FVTV.

Non-Resident Information

Do you live in the Greater Portland area?
If so, you may submit programming directly to FVTV Channel 11.  You are classified as a Non-Local Content Sponsor, but do not need to seek a Clark County resident to sponsor your program and submit it on your behalf. This applies to Clackamas County, Multnomah County, Washington County, Yamhill County, Skamania County and Cowlitz County residents.


Do you live outside the Greater Portland area?
Persons living outside the counties listed above may not directly submit programming to FVTV Channel 11. You need to find a local resident to sponsor your program. Once you find a  person or organization to sponor your program, they will need to follow the instructions under the category for Non-Local Content Sponsors. The fee payable by the Clark County resident submitting the program is $60 per quarter. This type of programming is our third priority in creating our schedule.
